My Eero drops off the Cox modem/router weekly. I get a message: Connected without internet.
I reboot the Eero by disconnecting the power source for a few minutes. This happens weekly. My Eero software is up to date. We use the Eero Mesh for the TV, which is a 55' LG smart TV and it is only two years old.
The other devices, two PCs, are getting their internet from the Cox box. There are never more than four devices on the Eero at one time: phones and tablets. We needed the Eero extender to reach the TV at the other end of the house. When it works, the signal is as strong as the signal coming from the Cox box and it works well.
Once the TV is on, when it is acting up, it drops offline anytime of the day, but mostly in the mornings.
This has been going on since I bought it three or so years ago. I've been patient, but I'm tired and would like some help.

The customer service person was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. She helped me resolve the issue.
I can't get my android to receive a call from my land-line phone
Istill can't receive a call to my cell phone from my land line phone. I called my internet and phone provider.
They told me since it worked before the eero was added, it must be a problem with the eero. They said the two must not be compatible.
This makes no sense to me or others I have talked to. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Installation
Answered all questions I had at the moment. Will be calling again very soon to complete installation.
Service provided was excellent, all my doubts were clarified in a friendly and respectful manner.
I wanted to know how to cancel a duplicate device in my Eero network and how to change the frequency in which my devices are connected.

Verified Reviewer |To get a refund processed
I attempted to obtain a refund after I canceled service for Verizon. Verizon was doing something corrupt and I caught them.
I left them and then they failed to process a refund that they had promised me.
NOTE:If you are on a good plan and you are grandfathered in, and Verizon wants to force you onto their new plan, they slow down your service and your Internet and mess with your phone quality. That is a fact.
User's recommendation: Use caution when joining Verizon. Just know that they have the ability to slow down your service in order to get you to move off of a plan.

Verified Buyer |My eero keeps going out
My eero keeps cutting off and knocks out my A D T cameras then I have to cut the power off and then wait for about a minute then go and pug the other eero back up.

New installation
New installment in vacation home. The process was simple and user friendly.
I was able to get help immediately and the staff was courteous and professional. I would recommend eero without reservation.

Network transfer issues
All working well. Good support and short wait times.
Only issue is that you require a 100 characters to submit a survey. That is annoying and should not be a requirement of submitting a review.

Customer service rep stayed on the phone with me for 3 hours to get my whole house and 5 extenders back online. Amazing.
Trouble connecting eero 6
I didnt know that one of the devices had to be hard wired at all time then the second device could piggyback off of it using WiFi. Was wanting my erro 6 to be completely wireless. So Im going to deal with it now but may go th starlink later.
